Tring to sell money

I was looking for a loan and was shopping around and found loan hub and signed up to find they cont do anything for me and then get told i owe them 1600 rand if i had that money would i be looking for a loan and they charge you 100 rand a month for what how can they sell month like that from people , i have all ready lost so much month to thease people
