I went on a false advert, saying no payment needed to be made to qualify for a loan, so I did the application, after ward received an sms I have to pay R399! So I did not go on with the application, and received no further communications from them, I left it there and forgot about it. The next month they debited my bank account for that R399! When I contacted them they just send me the same email over and over saying I did not cancel in 7 days and did not follow the right steps!!! And now when I try to cancel that service, cause they said they are debiting my account every year, they tell me I must send them proof of payment, and also fill in the right documents!! but they never send me any documents. and why must I send proof of payment if they stole the money out of my account???
