They must be the biggest ******** ever

<p>WIthout being aware I apparently signed uyp to their service a year ago when applying for a loan/. I have never receved any advice, notifications from them ever other than a monthly debit off my account. However, it gets worse they make two debits off my account every month. To get through to their call centre is a night mare and their agents are rude , obsitnate and totally unhelpful. I cancelled this supposed service 2 days before the year end of the contract and now they are sending lawyers after me even while still debiting my account. How can this be allowed. The lawyers do not answer their phone, and do not reply to emails. They only use scare tactics and are extrememly aggressive in their letters. WHere does one go to next to expose these ********</p>
