Shut down Loan Hub SA

I am absolutely fuming. I did not give Loan Hub SA permission to debit my account, i simply asked for a consultant to call me back which never happened if i may add. I then see they have been debiting my account without offering a service, i did not complete the loan application form either so what gives them the right to do as they please. This company needs to be shut down!!!!
