Sending statements of a service that was not provide

Keep on receiving statements from Loan Hub SA for a service that was not provided to me after 5 emails and ask Loan Hub SA for details on when did they contact me and what service they offer me they can not give me details- they keep on sending me 'random' emails. And stated they will list me on ITC.

I did not do any busnisse with Loan Hub SA. Loan Hub SA is not truefull in what they are doing -be carefull to do busnisse with them.
