<p>Last year December, I went onto their website and tried to apply for a loan (on their website, under the tab that says online application). I filled in all the details (including my banking details, which I thought was weird) and sent my request through. I received an amail from them with FURTHER forms that I need to fill out in order to get the process started. I decided against it as it just seemed like too much work! </p> <p>A month later and my account is being debited from them!! I immediately called them and they informed me that its some sort of service fee that I am paying for! Obviously I completely lost it as nobody EVER contacted me regarding a service fee, and NOWHERE on their website (under the online application) to they state that in order to apply for a loan (regardless of wheather you get approved for one or not) will you be billed for a service fee!! The lady was completely unhelpful and rude towards me! </p> <p> </p> <p>Today I received a legal letter stating that I owe them over R1000.00 in back payments! Payments for WHAT?????? I never went further than the online application! </p> <p>This is absolute disgusting treatment and downright *********!!</p>
