Good Morning All,

It is with great disappointment that I am a victim of a financial company called loan hub SA. So out of the blue I owe this company money, they claiming that I signed up for some package of which I don't even know what it is so. I sent them an email querying this and there was no response. I called today and Spoke to Jacobs David, he wasn't willing to listen to what I have to say, he was forcing me to admitting to have signed up for the product in March. How can someone sign up for a product in much and only receive a statement now in September saying I am in arrears. I am in a process of getting g my credit score in order and this is a set back. I asked Jacobs David from Loan hub SA in Cape town and I asked him to send me the documents that I signed when I signed up for this product and he said he cant I must look in my sent mail and I signed up online, I asked for proof but he can provide . I did and I couldn't find anything, expect the application the forcefully sent to mail without my concern, I gnored this emails cause I taught they were spam and I wasn't expecting anything from this company . this is supposedly a company that deals with loan and yet they "claim" I signed for some package for "wills". can someone please help me in understand why this company is taking chances and to trying to **** me. I am seriously irritated.
