Ridiculous service received from LOAN HUB SA

Loan Hub SA is claiming that i owe them 1276,00 without any call nor a message sent to me,it clearly shows that i signed up with them,the issue i have is that no where from the site it shows any activation fees nor any monthly subscription fees,now i receive a notice that i will be handed over if i dont make any payment,i want someone from the management to call me and explain to me all this information and as to where does it show the subscription fee,i called their office spoke to charlie Cornelius who had no idea of what loan hub is and who had no answers to the questions i asked,he sent me a client mandate that i saw today for the first time,i even received a reference number that i saw for the first time too,until i called and enquired,i need an urgent call and clarity on this matter and clearly request the company to train charlie and need proof of that.
