LoanHub SA - Paying for service not received.

I was contacted last year by Loanhub SA to help me with a loan. I received a call and was informed of their membership and was told that i would receive a call from one of their agents the following day. I did not receive a call from anyone in regards to this. My account was debited and now they have issued legal action against me through Lifestyle Legal. I have asked Lifestyle Legal to investigate this issue in writing and i get the same response from them via email in exactly the same manner. This is very frustrating as i will not pay for a service that never took place.
