Loan ****s - Loan HUB

<p>I was looking for a loan or funding then I came across LOAN HUB which should connect one to other people who would loan you money. I made it clear that I am looking for R1.5m not what they were offering otherwise I cannot be part of that course I can get any small amount of money they were offering. Then I was told they do offer such amount and I said it okay then, but then now they have never offered me anything close to the amount I wanted nothing from them. Later on there was a debit order of R99 coming through my account, two of them and I reversed them from the bank. Again in April there was another debit orders going through I reverse them again course I the bank could not indicate what the money was going to. In May another 2 debit orders went through, I changed my banking details course now it was getting out of hand and these are two debit orders each time. After doing so I got a letter of demand from LOAN HUB claiming that I need to pay R996 which I owe for them this month - july 2017 . They said "You the applicant furthermore confirm that you have voluntarily submitted the application for the purchase of Loan HUB SA Convenient Service Package. The applicant/client hereby irrevocably mandates, instruction, authorizes and consents Loan HUB SA to setup a Naedo debit order on the applicant’s next salary date, post the date of the applicant’s online/electronic application for the Loan HUB SA convenient Service package, using the banking details the applicant has provided (Online/Electronically or Telephonic) using a reputable debit order system provider namely BDB, on Loan HUB SA behalf, for the Loan HUB SA convenient service package, in the amount of R399.00 (three hundred and ninety nine rand) for the first month subscription fee in terms of this agreement and R 99.00 (ninety nine rand) per month for the remaining 11 (eleven) months. A Naedo tracker will be placed on the applicant’s account in the event there are “insufficient funds” in the applicant banking account as provided"</p> <p> </p> <p>Only now I have be told of how the loan HUB collect the money but before it was not indicated that this is how much you will be paiying and how the debit order will go such things were not indicated upront to me. i only noticed that the revesals I did from the bank was coming from them through the reference number and all. So now what do I do in this case course I never got what I wanted but I owe LOAN HUB the money that I did not know where is it for. Why Loan HUB go and debit orders not explaining to us customers how and what the package is all about?</p>
