Loan Hub SA are *********

I noticed for the last three months a debit order of R399 going off my account from a LHSA. upon investigation i found out it is Load Home SA. So i promptly give the a call. The operator gave his name as Scott Green. So i queried the reason for the debit order. giving my ID to find my information. So according to them i app**** for a loan in 2015. (I never did this by the way). I asked how do they verify my details. He provided me with a phone number which is not mine as well as an email address which is not mine again. he promised to send me the agreement and the IP address of the device used. This i have still not received. upon asking him why for the last three months they have taken R399 off my account he said it was impossible. i told him i have the bank statements. He promptly cut me off. How does this happen???? why and how do they expect to just take my money and not even verify the person from whom they are *****ing.... now its up to me to prove it was not me.... How does one prove they did not do the application. The contact details they have one me are in correct. this is extremely concerning how a company can just debit ones account without proper verification.
