I WANT TO CANCELL AND I WANT A REFUND ***

Since January 2015 I have been calling your offices on these numbers ***for a cancellation no one answers condition that says if I cancel before the 7 days passed I will NOT get refund.since it's not my fault AND no one answers I want to cancel my application. PLEASE DON'T MONEY FROM MY ACCOUNT AGAIN
