I hate Loan Hub SA

I was so enraged when this morning my wife had a subscription fee deducted from an alleged application in 2015?? With so many negative reviews and other people that fell victim to this company how is it possible that they still exist? When will people ever be due true justice in a hardworking honest way trying to make a living in this ******* god forsaken country? Can something be done? Is this fair?
