Enquiry turns into 12 month contract!!!

30 November 2015, I submitted an online query with LOANHUB SA, to see if I could get a loan as I was battling financially. They did not organize me a loan but someone called me explaining how the care package works and how I would be charged. I told them to get stuffed, I did not want their care package. You can imagine my surprise on the 24th of December when out of the blue, LOANHUB SA deducted R399 from my account!!! I reversed the transaction thinking it was an ******* debit order, only to have R99 deducted from my account end of January (2016)! I reversed this as well, and decided to mail LOANHUB SA with my complaint. I received and email back from one \Steven Johnson\" explaining that I had been subscribed to their \"care package\", which costs R399 once off, and R99 per month (for 12 months) thereafter. I also received a statement showing my \"arrears\" and the amount (more than R1000) owing should I wish to cancel. I did not SIGN for this service! If by filling in my particulars on their web application, you are entering a contract, perhaps they should make that in BOLD as apposed to having that detail hidden away in their T&Cs. "
