does not verify accounts

Very very dissatisfied with the company as the deducted money from my account for another persons loan application.<br> The only way to get my money back is to get a letter from my bank to state that the account belongs to me and not the other person and will have to wait to get my money back.<br> <br> I think this is totally unacceptable and unprofessional from a company.<br>
