Disgusting Service!!!!!

These people are ************! DO NOT USE THEM!!<br> <br> They called and offered me their service which I initially wasn't interested in but they told me that they would not charge for their service if they could not 'get me a loan'. I called them a few days later to cancel their service which i was advised i would not be charged for as it was still in their 'cooling off period'.<br> <br> To my surprise - Three weeks later, I receive a notification from my Bank 'LHSA charge for R400'!<br> So, they tried to charge me even after they couldn't get me a loan and I cancelled their service. I then rep**** on one of their generic emails to tell them to stop mailing me as I had cancelled their service, to which i get a reply to say \please advise the date you cancelled\". As if I should now be responsible to go through their database to find that information.<br> <br> They are useless! Do yourself a favor and don't ever use their service! "
