disgusted by online ******* and **********

i was looking for an online loan and came accross LoanHub SA i then filled in my details to see how much i qualify for and was sent a link to confirm their Terms and conditions, when i saw they were going to charge me for not even a loan but for finding a loan i went out, their consultants contacted me relentlessly after that to complete an application of which i decline, i then received emails with application form of which i never filled out, end of the month i was billed for a service that i never received...when i called in to their call center their agents was extremely rude they kept on insisting i accepted terms and conditions and wouldnt even take my ID number or let me speak to a Team leader or manager there isnt even a customer service department their agent will stay on the line with you and insult you without helping and you do not get through to anybody regarding this.
