demanding money i do not know about

So I have been receiving emails and SMS from loan hub and lifestyle legal (PTY) claiming that I have an outstanding amount of R588.78 that I need to pay within 24 hours but the sending this messages every now and then giving me their bank details to deposit this money threatening about summons and blacklisting confirmed since i chose to ignore nor make payment..why are companies like this in south Africa are not being investigated for ***** because clearly they prey on vulnerable people and some can fall for that..can loan hub and lifestyle legal be exposed for ********** i mean they even got my ID number lord knows where they got that from im tired of this emails I've been getting and I don't even bother to respond
