Demanding money

So I've been getting emails and sms from Lifestyle Legal. First I reserved an sms saying and I'm copying this from the sms \you are in arrears with your account which is a material breach on your part to comply with our service mandate and agreement entered into."<br> So I call the number at the bottom of the sms (***) to find out more.First of the guy I spoke to was already mad at me which is kinda normal for call centers...I gave him my ref# and asked him I never signed up for any services and my name not spell right on the system he asked from the corrected spell of my name I say no he call me a lyer...I hang up on him.But then I started getting email the same as the sms just legal threats but some how they got my ID Number now I'm thinking ***...So their saying I'm signed into a LEGAL contract with them but my name don't match my ID Number"
