Debiting account and threatening emails afterward

I agreed to a contract with an agent from Loan Hub (Date:12 Dec 2015)I called to cancel the contract within 5 days in December (Date:15 Dec 2015 from my work on a recorded line) & was on the line with them for over 30 minutes where they informed me it was canceled.They still debited my account when I already canceled,I then reversed the debit order with my Bank & then in January 2016 they did it again.I called them and told them it was canceled before now I'm getting an Email stating that i have to pay R 1 222.00 within a certain period of time because I was in breach with their contract yet I CANCELED IT WITHIN THEIR 7 DAY cool off period.
