Debit order going off without your consent

Good day<br> <br> I would like to complain about Loan Hub you apply for a loan online and forward all your details then you dont get any feed back but they bill you for an amount of R399.00 for what reason I dont know then when your call to enquire about it they tell you that you signed in for this but no where does it say that you have to pay this money and then you still have to pay 11 instalments to them for what they *********** people and they need to be stopped.they dont even assist you with a loan. I would like to know what I can do about this deductions I had the money reversed back into my account will put a stop on it and they use a third party to deduct the money out of your account.<br> <br> Thank you hope you will be of assistance.
