Day light *******

I did an online loan application through this entity a year ago. In that time I kept getting assess to email my docs (ID,Payslip and Bank statements) and after so many attempts I finally got a notification that my loan application was rejected.

Later in that month in my bank account an amount of R399 was deducted so I went to the bank and I was advised that it was LoanHubSA. This was strange because I came to loan hub asking to be borrowed money and some I ended being the one giving them money.

I reversed that transaction and asked my bank to block any debit orders from this company. I then called them to find out what was going on only to advised that I app**** for service that had a registration fee of R399 and the R99 monthly for the next 12 months. I immediately cancelled that and advised that am not interested in this service and only came to them for a loan which they did not grant. Now I keep on getting emails that I have court summons and possible blacklisting if I don't pay and amount of R1821.76.

Now I have not used their services nor required them and am very disgusted at the fact that my credit score is being impacted by this useless company that deceive people with "their easy way to apply for loan" sham that they market. and the fact that they now email me this contract that stipulates that I had seven days to cancel the subscription.

It was not even a month when this whole thing was cancelled. I require major assistance with this as it is impacting my life for something I never required.
