Authorised debit order

In dec i app**** fr a loan wit loahub and before the application is processed one has click on some dailog box or else the application won't go thru , the app gt rejected bt to my surprise they are debiting me R99 fr a service i haven't used n refuse to cancel it unless i settle the amt they charging me fr sending me emails n smss was adv they gonna hand me over to the attorneys if i dnt pay them the money which is mine
