<p>How can you, as customer - no as consumer have no rights?</p> <p>You want to apply for a personal loan - then YOU get an account of R1170 that you must pay - JUST because you went into their website and app**** for a loan. Isn't that just crazy?</p> <p>They don't want to hear your story - they don't want to talk to you - you must PAY - for they OFFERED YOU a Personal loan...... Pretence !</p> <p>The rudest hypocrites I have ever came accross. Then they even give wrong names.... </p> <p>A bit unprofessional - I'll say....</p>
