Annoyed , infuriated public .... Disgusting

I received an email a day ago stating I owe R1300 odd for a package deal I apparently app**** for. I immediately called and got a rude consultant who proceeded to tell me he can send me my application for more understanding when I tried to explain I do not know them, have never been fever a yet, never received any paper work , emails or SMS until now where there are panalty fees apon penalty fees. However I tried to ask for a manager and he said there where non.

I am extremely infuriated and annoyed as anyone can give details, name ,email or i.d no when a phone is ****** or hacked especially when they have no recording of my voice or agreement or my signature.
