I once app**** for a loan which I was declined, during the application they told me to sign up for legal plan which I didn't know and I refused. They took my details which I app**** loan for and use them to sign me up on that plan. I saw a debeted me on my account but since I saw it and I don't know anything about it I reversed it and stopped it, they did the following month n I did the same. After some time I started receiving threats from this company to say that I owe them n I should settle them or they taking me to court, for what I don't know. How could I be taken to court to pay the services I didn't use. So I called and ask them to send me the form of agreement that I have signed and acknowledge this with them they send me document with my details but no signature. Now I have billions of emails and SMS to say I have to pay they blacklist me or court summons and sheriff and more things. This company is harrasing me, each day I received 3 emails of threats and I don't like it anymore. If I had money I was gonna sue this company for doing this to me. They stood so low , even insurance if u sign up with and decided to leave it they won't do this yet they have a hard copy with your signature but something that I don't know of eish please help
