Am MAD

I am so frikking angry with Loan Hub. I HAVE NEVER taken out a loan with them. On the 29th August 2015 a payment of R399.00 was taken off my account from the Loan Hub. What ******** is this? Who in there right minds gave them permission to do something like this????? I WANT ANSWERS TO WHY AND I WANT THEM NOW!!!!! This is THEFT... If i dont get a response or call regarding this matter i will open up a theft case at the police station and will take this matter futher.
