Absolute Nonsence

I needed money for a surgical procedure and i app**** with loan hub to see if i qualify, within minutes of applying i was told that i do not qualify because i do not have a credit rating. Now they have deducted R399.00 from my account saying that i have a service agreement with them. What nonsense, when doing the application there was no indication of the formation of a contractual agreement. You people **** people of their hard earned money, if i do not have a credit rating there is no place that can offer me a loan and yet you say i must pay for services for a loan
