loan approved

i apply for an loan and were approved i sent through all the documents<br> and they approved me for 15000 rand then this guy told me i must first pay them 1500 rand upfront to get my loan pay out <br> <br> from the beginning he never told me theirs a fee applicable for my loan to get paid out i asks if he cannot deduct the money from loan amount he told me no i must pay the money first i just want to warn people agains him<br> <br> why cant they deduct the fee from loan amount and pay out the other money?if i had that kind of money i wouldnt have apply for a loan
