Received an sms, followed the instructions. Website clearly misleading. No loans granted whatsoever yet an affordability check was done and bank account debited for absolutely no real service. This needs to be cancelled and reversed and forwarded to immediate supervisors or management. This is clearly ******* whoever set up such a contract to deceive and mislead people who alreadyy needed the finances. Ombudsman needs to be informed also and joint legal action taken. The same copy and pasted responses are sent from a Malcolm to every complainant. Sure the media needs to be informed of this so that this does not happen to anyone who actually seeks a real loan. Will await your response and 'forensics' investigation before taken any further.
