Void contract
2013 May I went on load finder to get a loan In order to pay for my mother funeral,they said if I get a loan I pay them 239,unfortunately I didn't get the loan. But now They said that I asked for the loan in August but I asked for it in May, I didn't get the loan therefore I shouldn't because I didn't get a loan. If been receiving letters of demands after 3 days they will send me summoneds,almost 3 years later they are sending me letters saying that I owe them money and I don't owe them money because I didn't get a loan,the wounds of my mothers death are just starting to heal and here they are demanding money that I don't owe. They must state that if u want help getting a loan you need to pay a certain fee instead of selling poor citizens like me false dreams. If this is how they take money from is middle class people then it's wrong and violates my rights as a consumer

You made contact with Loan Finder SA in 2012 and no communication has been done between Loan Finder SA and your self since then. The events that you are stating in your complaint are not with Loan Finder SA.
