Unsolicited and ******* spam

I recently made the mistake of thinking about a loan and found Loan finder online and filled in the form but never took up a loan and also had money deducted in a very underhanded way. However post this I was sent unsolicited spam mail from Loan finder which contained no unsubscribe link which is ******* against CPA regulations, furthermore their Privacy Policy states you can unsubscribe by using the link in the mail which again is incorrect and in violation of the CPA. When I queried this I received a standard reply that I need to phone them to stop any services and they did not address any of my queries in my actual email, having to phone to unsubscribe from unsolicited communication is also against CPA regulations. Every part of any interaction I have had with this company has been very underhanded. I have already started the process of laying official complaints with the DMMASA and The Dti. Steer clear
