******** DEDUCTION, NO APPLICATION
Good day<br> <br> Today I found that my account was ********ly deducted of R395.00. I never app**** for a loan with your institution. Also on my bank statement there is no reference number only your company's name. I want someone to send me the application forms that I had signed for the loan. Should this not be received by myself I WILL take this further.
