Unfair treatment

<p>I sent cancellation for the 4 in 1 with loan finder sa, they state that they sent me an email to call and cancel the application which the email I never received.</p> <p> </p> <p>Today they debited my account and called them. they insisted that they sent me the email to call them. I have requested for the copy of the email. To my surprise they quoted my e-mail address incorrect that is why I never received the e-mail.</p> <p> </p> <p>I want the money to be refunded to my account please as I never received the e-mail and cancel the application</p>
