Unfair pracrices

I requested to have so called Loan finder application cancelled and emailed them i was told that i will need to phone and when phoning no one answers the phone and that i s disgusting. Today my account was debited 395 i will reverse it and i hope u cancel my so called application as i have requested many times to have it cancelled infact the very same day
