I also have fallen into this loanfinder trap. Reading all these complaints are really worrying. How can this loanfinder company keep on practicing the way they are. Surely they are reading these complains and something must definitely be wrong or are we all stupid? I am sure they do get people loans but the way they do business by letting people pay for services not rendered is *********. I have not even supp**** them with personal documents. Only app**** online but that day I app**** to a lot of institutions and none of the other institutions are charging me fees for the application. 3 in1 plan? That is their way to bind you.I personally think that they rely on people not reading their terms and conditions so that they can be covered legally. If the NCR allows this type of practice than they are also a joke! I am now being send letters of demand by a legal company representing them. They also make money out of this ********* practice and exploitation of financially distressed consumers.

Our 3-in-1 Plan consists of our 24-month Legal and ID Assist, full credit report and free loan-finding service. The cost for the plan is a once-off R395. The loan-finding service is offered to you upfront and the credit report is available upon completion of the application, as you do not pay for these services. The Legal and ID Assist service activates once the fee has been paid.
Loan Finder SA is a service provider and not a credit provider where all our information is mentioned on our website.
We have all our contact information to our call centre and have email corespondence on the website where clients have an opportunity to contact us regarding any queries that they may have.
Most of the clients that have queries are clients that have app**** for our services and either misunderstood the services we provide, forgot that they have app**** with us or simply does not need any of our services anymore.
We at all times resolve any of our queries in which ever way we receive them.
