********* loan sharks

I receivec an sms advising me i qualify for a loan and then proceeded to call sa loan finders to see what amount they would offer me. I calledl them on 22 01 at 09.45 and spoke to a daryl who told me that the terms and conditios were that if i was approved for a loan then only would i be charged their fee of R395. He also explained about 7 day cooling period whereby i can cancel and under no obligation. on 26/01 i sent a follow up email as no feedback given to customer care email no reply. i then sent an email advising of cancellation 27/01 still no reply to date on same email for customer care.IChecked my acc and see I was debited with this fee but no feedback or loan approval, This is ********* and I would like the call recalled as I asked him twice about charging of this fee.How many other clients are caught like this.poor service indeed.
