UNAUTHORIZED DEBIT ORDER!!!

I am really upset. Loan finder debited my account with R395. 00 without my permissionAbsa: CHEQ Sch t, 20/06/18 SETTLEMENT/C - NAEDO TRACKED DO, CREDITGAIN/ ********** -LFSA-, R-395.00 All I remember was applying for a loan and it was declined so I fail to understand why would you guys go ahead and debit me without my consent . The consultant told me that this was not going to be debited off my account, I would have to agree first for the debit to take place. You guys are a **** and please return that unauthorized money you took from my account!!!!!!!!!!!!
