Unauthorized Debit order
I have used this company on a previous occasion and I had to pay R394.00 approximately a year ago, and now a year later they debit my account with R395.00 this without me requesting their assistance in finding a loan. Please stop debiting my account as this constitutes *****, as I cant recall signing or giving any verbal authorization for the company to debit my account.
