Unauthorized Debit Order
I app**** for their cash loan as advertised, but instead they debited my bank account, now saying it is for ID help and whatever. I cancelled the whole thing via cellphone before it went through, but now they debited my account with R 385.00!!! I already mailed them to refund me the monies, because I do not wish to receive the service of ID help. Why must I call them now, on MY COST, to fix this whole thing?
