UNAUTHORIZED DEBIT ORDER

I woke up this morning with an unauthorized debit order of R385.00. I did not receive any loan or help from set supplier, i did not authorize any debit and I want my money to be credited back into my account. There was no mention on site about any amount, i was not made aware of a debit, neither did i authorize any payment. This is not correct and ******* and something must be done!!!
