Unauthorized debit from my account!!!

I recently app**** for a loan but Loan finder kept calling and hassling me, ambushing me into completing an application, hence to debit my account for R395. what i did not understand was where they fit into the loan process? why should there be a third party rendering services on behalf of a Lending Company?? I did not understand at all why they were calling me day after day.<br> they do not send any correspondence, they make you believe that you have been approved for a loan already, there are no documentation in authorizing any debit orders, and they do not explain any debit orders which will be deducted from your account. i have not once given any consent for this to take place!<br> i called today and gave them a piece of my mind, i had my application cancelled and now i was told about a 5 days period in which i must call them back for the refund to be processed! what bull is that!!! oi want my refund ASAP or i will definitely take this matter further, i have sent them emails as well, i want my money back!!!!<br> unauthorized debit orders are not legal and clients are being ambushed into applications and money taken off their accounts! this ******** stops here! i will sue them for much more
