Unauthorised taking of money
Good morning On your homepage of your website the following appear: FREE LOAN-FINDING SERVICE We want to make it easier for South Africans to access credit. Therefore, at LoanFinder SA, we offer you a free loan-finding service. We’ll find you a moneylender/broker who will give you a deal best suited to your personal needs. Today there is R395 taken from my bank account without ANY permission. I never took a loan of any of the places and still the money is taken. I would really appreciate it if you repay the amount in my account. Otherwise I will have to take legal actions. I would like to hear from you soon Have a nice day

Our 4 in 1 plan consists of a Financial Counselling Programme, Legal and ID assist plan, quarterley credit report and free loan finding services. The cost for this paln is a once off initiation fee of R395 and a monthly fee of R68.
We will contact you within the next 72 working hours to resolve this matter as we take all complaints seriously.
