Unauthorised deduction on my Bank account
<p>I app**** a while back for a loan with Loan Finder SA and they responded they could not help me. So I left it there and this morning when i went on my online banking they took the amount of R395.00. No where on the website it said that there is a fee that has to be paid. How can they take a fee if they cant even help me. I am insisting my money back. You are busy with false advertissing Loan Finder SA. I will take it further if you don't want to assist me in getting my money back.</p> <p> </p> <p> </p>

Our 4 in 1 plan consists of a Financial Counselling Programme, Legal and ID assist, quarterly credit report and loan finding services. The cost for the plan is a once-off initiation fee of R395 and a monthly fee of R68.

As we can see on the system you have completed an online application for our services via our Loan Finder Sa website 03.05.2016. The correspondence regarding our services, service fees and log in information in order for you to make use of the services were sent to you via email - which corresponds to the same one indicated on this complaint- on the 03.05.2016.
Loan Finder SA service fees has no association with the loan and we offer our services upfront to our client before the service fees will apply to a client on or around their next salary date which a client agrees to.
We also encourage our clients to have regular communication with us via our customer care department should any changes take place in order to prevent any dissatisfaction regarding our services and processes.
We will contact you within the next 72 working hours as we do take all complaints of any nature seriously.
