UNAUTHORISED DEDUCTION

It is with sad discovery that I am sitting with the deduction from Loan FInder after I was told that I do not qualify for a loan and it was spelt out that they will only deduct it if I got the loan, sadly everything they stand for is not assisting, I want my money back and the cancellation of whatever they got on me because I will never do business with the company that takes joy in other people's misery, I wanted the loan so that I can consolidate my debts and sit with one payment and I explained this but they could not help. so what am I paying for? I want refund and the company must then cancell everything that they have against me
