Unauthorised Debit order and mis presentation on Website

Another unhappy consumer - filed in the application form online, which I am still waiting for feedback - and suddenly the company debited my account on the 25th of April with R395.00, which I did not authorized - very suspicious that they do not inform potential customers of the cost and now I see after investigating that there is a monthly fee - have emailed them straight away just to receive an email about the 4 in 1 thing - really - I DO NOT NEED IT - requested the refund but to date still have not received any reply - think I need to visit by bank tomorrow and stop the debit order - and any future debit orders and will take the matter further - mmmm wonder if they are aware of the Consumer Protection Act!!!! Lets see if anything comes of this email or will they also ignore this as they have all my emails
