Unauthorised debit order!!!

I did a basic enquiry and did NOT authorise a debit order of R 395.00. I did not make use of any services and certainly did not take up any loans. <br> this is money that I cannot afford to lose and I am horrified that this is allowed. <br> <br> ***-LFSA-150624<br> <br> I am furious!!!
