Unauthorised Debit Order

I am very angry and so mad that people can nowadays just Debit from your account without the proper authority. How can a company just Debit from the account when there was no signed forms sent or even returned. The whole purpose of completion of a application is after the documents was signed. How the hell can you apply for a loan but they are the ones who is getting money from you. Is it not suppose to be the other way around. I don't trust any place that feels that they have the right to accept the application online as a clear GO AHEAD FROM YOU, that is just BULL****. Even though they mentioned the application, I am still not sure if or whether I actually filled one out. Give my DAMN money back immediately!!!!!!!!!!!!!
