Unauthorised Debit Order
An amount of R385 has been deducted from my account without my authorization. I visited the website and filled in step 1 and clicked \Start my application now". When I got to step 2 I saw that there is a membership fee for R385. I did not want the membership so I exited the website. On Monday 24 Aug R385 was deducted from my account. I emailed [Email Removed] and was advised to phone customer care. I phoned"
