Unauthorised Debit on account

I was Debited R395 from Loanfinder s.a without me taking out a loan from them.<br> I have called them to query this and told them that i do not want to use their service as they never provide any ACTUAL loan - they do not respond adequately or timeously about refunding me my money which i did not authorise them to debit from my bank account. <br> They are *******, this is the second time they have debited my account based on an enquiry alone. They need to be shut down. <br>
